This site will provide details on the two tracks that will be offered at this conference. At time of sign up you must pick which track you wish to attend, either the Productivity Track or the Administration Training.  So please review the Schedule and for anyone who wants to attend, please Register on this site. Technical Deep Dive

The Administrator Training track is a technical review of Worldox Management Topics, designed to help the Administrator effectively support and maintain the Worldox system at the firm. Major topics include the complete technical details and troubleshooting of the Indexer Service, intelligent cabinet design, the Worldox upgrade process, and frequent day to day technical issues that you can effectively solve. In addition to receiving Worldox certification, you will have an individual Worldox GX4 demo system to explore and apply your knowledge in a non-production environment.

              Frequently Asked Questions

              Will there be opportunity for one on one, or discussion of advanced items?

              Worldox Technical managers, as well as our CIO, will be on hand to schedule private meetings throughout the conference. We will have a secondary training room and, if needed, we can have breakouts for those of you who would benefit from more advanced/specific discussions. In addition we are considering a special round table for our larger firms to get together and collaborate with Worldox management.

              Will we learn about the Worldox future direction and product lines?

              Both the President and CIO will be there to discuss corporate direction, new products and take polls to help shape our initiatives

              How does this differ from the Administrator class World Software normally holds?

              This is the same course as our normal semi-annual classes. You will receive certification and is fundamentally the same as the admin track. The additional bonus is more meeting and collaborating with your peers and Worldox management to learn a broader scope of how to get the most out of your Worldox installation.

              How do I justify the cost to my partners?

              There are many site maintenance tasks required at a Worldox site from enabling new applications to work with Worldox, archiving, new profile group creation, indexer management and more. You’ll learn how to perform more of these tasks yourself and get more out of your Worldox investment.  In addition we will provide you with a certificate for 40% discount on any of our add on products, from Web Mobile to OCR content crawler. Depending on your firm size this could far exceed your registration cost.

              I see some sessions I’d like to attend on another track. Is this possible?

              If you are not able to bring a second person to focus on end user aspects and productivity, then yes you can step out of one class and attend an important session in another track.
